Role Allocations (Meeting)

Today my group arranged a meeting to decide and to set tasks that were allocated to each other. It was decided that Kulsoom was allocated to draw the story board, with me and Jessica’s input of ideas. The ideas would be the camera shots and how long the shot was taken for (time). This is important as the storyboard allows us to have a visual plan of how our music video will be set out.

Hannah was allocated to do the risk assessment and production sheet. This task is very important, as in order to have the location we want the video to be set in. We have to hand in a letter of risk assessment to be allowed to film as the location is private property.

Jessica was allocated to write a script and recce. This is also a very important aspect, it allows us, as a group to be organised during the actual filming of the music video. It also provides us with keen information of the roles/the words they say and how the music video is set out.

These allocations will impact the music video hugely, as without all these aspects the music video will not work and be organised.
